Level 3 Elite Triathlon Coach, Jarrod Evans' career spans more than 25 years and focuses heavily in professional athlete development. Jarrod is widely regarded as the world's best elite and development coach.  

 

Jarrod is currently the National Head Coach for Triathlon Australia Talent Transfer Program guiding the country's next superstars in the transition from single sport to elite triathlon.

 

Between 2014 and 2019 Jarrod was Head Coach of USA Triathlon Collegiate Recruitment Program and was the U.S Team Men's Coach for the 2016, Rio Olympics.   

 

Before joining USA Triathlon in 2014, Jarrod also founded and was Head Coach of Australia’s most successful triathlon squad, Enduranceteam.

 

Between 2000 and 2013, Enduranceteam produced more than 25 World Champions and Australian Champions across various sports.

 

Jarrod has also served in elite development roles and lead roles for Triathlon Victoria, Triathlon Australia, Victorian Institute of Sport and Australian Institute of Sport. In these high-profile positions, he prepared and coached winning and podium athletes for Continental Cup, World Cup, World Triathlon Series events.
